Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Outpatient Experience is preferred
• Will accept New Grads
• Will accept First Time Travelers

Assignment Details

• Shift: Days
• Productivity expectation is 60 visits/week; Will see 12-14 patients/day; Double-booking of follow-up visits expected
