Now Hiring: Commercial HVAC Sales Representatives

Energy Direct | New Jersey

Two Positions Available:

• North Jersey – 1 Position
• South Jersey (Atlantic City Region) – 1 Position

Energy Direct is seeking two motivated, experienced sales representatives to join our growing team. This is a field sales position focused on helping commercial property owners upgrade to high-efficiency HVAC systems through utility rebate programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door sales visits to commercial businesses along assigned daily routes.
• Educate business owners about utility rebate programs and energy-efficient HVAC upgrades.
• Generate leads, build relationships, and close sales.
• Manage your assigned territory independently.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years of sales experience (required).
• Minimum 1 year of HVAC industry experience/ and or working knowledge of HVAC systems (required).
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle (required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable with door-to-door sales.
• Must live in NJ

Compensation & Training

• $3,000 monthly base pay during the initial 90-day period, plus competitive commissions.
• 10 days of paid hands-on field training alongside an experienced sales representative.
• Commission rate of 3% of the utility rebate amount , payable upon project completion.
