Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold food items for multiple meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained at all times Assist in the setup and cleanup of kitchen stations before and after meal service Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality food service to patients and staff Follow all organizational policies and procedures to support a safe and efficient work environment What’s Needed?
