In this position, you'll be the backbone of our logistics team, ensuring materials are handled with precision and care from the moment they arrive until they're shipped out.

What you'll do:

• Safely unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles, ensuring proper handling and placement.
• Skillfully stack items in designated areas, optimizing space and organization.
• Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment.
• Identify damages, report shortages, or quality issues promptly to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Perform all other general warehouse duties as assigned to support operational efficiency.

Required skills:

• Valid forklift operator certification and proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to follow safety protocols.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials consistently and safely.

Nice to have skills:

• Experience with inventory management systems.
• Basic math skills for counting and verifying stock.
• Forklift certification from a recognized training program.

Preferred education and experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics roles.

Other requirements:

• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items routinely.
• Adherence to all safety policies and procedures.
• Availability to work flexible hours if needed.
