We're a therapist-owned, therapist-led private practice based in Los Angeles. Our group is made up of exceptional therapists who believe therapy should be affordable and accessible to all. We celebrate human diversity and consider social justice in our work. We know it can be lonely in private practice, so our office culture prioritizes warmth, supportiveness, and mutual support. As therapists ourselves, we know how important self-care can be, so we offer paid time off and flexible work schedules. And last but not least, we value transparency, which is why we offer a crystal-clear pay structure that doesn't over-promise in an interview, only to under-deliver when your paycheck arrives.

· Work From Home Available! You may work from home, in our North Hollywood office, or do a hybrid schedule of both.

· Quick Onboarding! We'll handle 100% of your credentialing and client marketing, no need to network or recruit your own clients. Framework's therapists usually have a full caseload 5-6 weeks after signing their contract.

· Flexible Schedule & Parent Friendly! Set your own schedule and work the hours you want. Parent-friendly programs are in place to help recruit clients during typical school hours. Dependent care accounts are available to help you save on childcare.

· Minimal Clerical Work! Simply conduct the session and write a brief note. We'll handle your client recruitment, scheduling, billing, and outside referrals.

· Competitive, Transparent Income! Unlike some of our corporate competitors, we don't utilize a convoluted pay structure. Our pay structure is simple, clear, and transparent.

· Plus Benefits! We offer a comprehensive benefits package to all employees which includes paid time off, 401(k) matching, childcare savings accounts, and free continuing education. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to receive health, vision, and dental insurance.

· Private Practice Coaching! Licensed therapists with existing private practices, or those interested in launching their own practice in the future, are welcome to apply. We believe non-compete clauses aren't in anyone's best interest, and we try to support our therapists in their private practice journey. Each summer we run a structured 8-week workshop for our trainees on concrete strategies to launch, market, and grow their own dream practice. Our licensed therapists are welcome to voluntarily join the workshop if they're interested.

Requirements:

· Part-time therapists must be available for a minimum of 18 hours per week. Full-time therapists must be available for a minimum of 35 hours per week.

· Therapists must possess a full, active, unrestricted license as a psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in California. If you've met all licensure requirements and are just waiting on your license to arrive, go ahead and apply!

· Applicants must have prior experience providing psychotherapy to adults in an outpatient setting.

· Applicants must strive to provide psychological services affirming of clients' cultural backgrounds.

· Applicants must value the therapeutic relationship and build strong rapport with clients.

· Applicants must possess basic computer proficiency and complete documentation in a timely manner.

· If applying to work from home: Applicants must have high speed Internet and a private workspace.
