Maintenance Technician - 1st Shift

Summary: This Maintenance Technician role offers hands-on work with advanced manufacturing equipment, including automated systems and robotics, in a production-focused environment. You will play an important role in keeping equipment running safely and efficiently while supporting continuous improvement.


Hours: Monday - Friday 6:00am-2:30pm plus overtime as requiredPay: $20.00-$25.00/hr depending on experience


Responsibilities: Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems

Maintain and calibrate equipment, programmable controllers, and hardware to reduce downtime

Follow and apply established safety standards during all maintenance activities

Coordinate inventory of commonly used maintenance parts and supplies

Work with vendors and outside contractors as needed

Document daily work activity and maintenance progress

Complete assigned tasks to support reliable production operations

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience maintaining equipment in a production or manufacturing environment

Working knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical systems, and programmable logic controllers (PLC)

Ability to read electrical schematics and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P and ID)

Familiarity with electrical systems up to three-phase and four hundred eighty volts alternating current

Clear written and verbal communication skills
