Key Responsibilities Cresset's Associate, Integrated Marketing will be responsible for working with the Growth team, as well as a variety of teams across Cresset, to execute on a multi-faceted content marketing strategy, with a particular focus on thought leadership and marketing collateral development, distribution, and management. Specific responsibilities include the following: Edit, proofread, and enhance a wide range of marketing content, including thought leadership articles, website copy, presentations, proposals, and client-facing collateral, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand standards. Lead the project management and execution of marketing initiatives and content development efforts, ensuring timely delivery, efficient resource allocation, and adherence to brand guidelines. Develop, optimize, and manage marketing team processes and workflows to improve scalability, efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration. Execute and support integrated content marketing campaigns across email, social media, web, and other digital channels to drive engagement and brand awareness. Partner with Content and Business Development teams to support new business opportunities through compelling messaging, presentation materials, and strategic marketing support. Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure marketing campaigns align with broader business objectives, firm-wide initiatives, and brand positioning. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using marketing analytics and reporting tools, translating insights into actionable recommendations that improve results. Conduct industry, competitor, and market research to inform messaging, content development, and marketing strategy. Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, support business growth, and drive organizational change. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail, meeting deadlines, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English or related field. Minimum 3 years of professional services or marketing experience. Professional background in financial services strongly desired. Demonstrated ability to work closely with all levels of an organization to execute on sophisticated marketing programs and initiatives. Strong project management and execution skills. Exceptional writing/editing skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial environment.
