Schedule: Flexible scheduling / Day shift 
Compensation: $68,000–$115,000+ per year, based on experience, licensure, and experience

We’re looking for a compassionate, skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our Niles, IL team. This is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients while working alongside other healthcare professionals in a collaborative setting.

What You’ll Do 

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. 

• Provide evidence-based individuals, groups, and/or family therapy based on client needs and your scope of practice. 

• Help clients develop practical coping strategies, wellness skills, and tools to support their mental health. 

• Consider emotional, behavioral, physical, and lifestyle factors as part of a whole-person approach to care. 

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support coordinated, client-centered care. 

• Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as appropriate. 

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and applicable requirements. 

• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development. 

• Stay current with developments and evidence-based practices in behavioral health. 

What We’re Looking For 

• Master's degree in counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field. 

• Current Illinois clinical licensure is appropriate to the role, such as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCPC, or equivalent. 

• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to establish trusting and respectful relationships with clients. 

• Commitment to providing culturally responsive and inclusive care to people from diverse backgrounds. 

• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. 

• Comfort using electronic health records (EHR) and maintaining timely clinical documentation. 

• Interest in learning about functional health and whole person approaches to behavioral health.
