Orthopedics Clinical Nurse

Role Overview Provides direct patient care on an orthopedics unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on post-treatment needs, and ensures safety and quality compliance. Develops and communicates individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, addressing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, while respecting patient values and preferences. Utilizes critical nursing skills to evaluate patient status and support recovery. Experience in orthopedics or medical-surgical nursing is advantageous; no prior experience required but preferred. Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient advocacy skills. Ability to work safely and maintain alertness in a clinical environment. Key Duties Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a healing environment.
