We are a standalone Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation community in the Charlotte market seeking an experienced Registered Nurse leader to serve as our next Director of Nursing (DON).

Key Responsibilities

Lead all nursing operations for the facility

Drive clinical quality measures and regulatory compliance

Maintain survey readiness and infection prevention standards

Mentor, coach, and develop nursing leadership and floor staff

Partner closely with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team

Improve staff retention, engagement, and accountability

Ensure exceptional resident and family communication

Support admissions, clinical systems, and care coordination

What We're Looking For

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required

Prior Director of Nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility strongly preferred

Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, surveys, QA, and reimbursement systems

Proven ability to lead teams, improve culture, and drive accountability

Hands-on leadership style with strong clinical judgment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Passion for resident-centered care and hospitality-driven service
