Our Seattle branch is looking for experienced caregivers to join our team! We do require valid CNA, HCA. In addition, we do require a valid WA state driver's license, reliable vehicle and auto insurance in your name.

Caregivers willing to work in West Seattle, Shoreline, Downtown, and surrounding areas or able to commute at 20-30 miles for work.

Plus:

• Open to short 2-to-4-hour shifts
• Open to NOC shifts
• Open to fill-in shifts
• Flexible with travel and commute times
• Valid CNA, HCA
• Comfortable with cats and dogs — most of our clients have pets

Service areas: Northgate, Capitol Hill, Shoreline, White Center, Magnolia/Queen Anne, West Seattle, Skyway, Green Lake, Central Seattle/Downtown, and Ballard

Pay rate: $24-$24.50/hr

Caregiver Job Duties

Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to):

• Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
• Cooking and/or serving meals
• Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom
• Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
• Transporting clients for errands or appointments in your car
• Assisting with gait belt or Hoyer transfers
• Monitoring and reporting on their condition

Additional Information

• Our hiring process is fast and simple! Apply and the recruiter in your region will connect with you to schedule a video interview and then an in-person interview with our Branch Manager if applicable. If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch as soon as 1 week. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients!
• The more open your availability, the more clients we can match you with. Ability to build a consistent schedule depends on caregiver availability, willingness to transport, and client match.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to pass a state and national background check
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance and clean driving record
• Active WA State CNA or HCA license and up to date on CE credits
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Ability to provide more than companionship care and work with different care levels
• Smart phone with ability to download and utilize the AxisCare app
