Senior Product Manager, CE Instruments

Lead the capillary electrophoresis instrument portfolio strategy, commercialization, and lifecycle management at Thermo Fisher Scientific. Responsibilities
- Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management for CE instrument portfolio globally
- Serve as voice of customer by gathering market insights, feedback, and competitive intelligence to inform product development
- Lead cross-functional teams across R&D, commercial, marketing, service, and operations to align on development priorities and launches
- Drive commercialization strategies including positioning, segmentation, value propositions, and market development initiatives
- Monitor portfolio business performance including revenue growth, profitability, and forecast accuracy with corrective actions
Requirements
- Strong business acumen with demonstrated product strategy and lifecycle management experience
- Technical understanding of capillary electrophoresis instrumentation and laboratory workflows
- Cross-functional leadership capability and influence without direct authority in matrix organizations
- Customer engagement and market research skills to identify unmet needs and competitive opportunities
- Financial acumen including business case development, pricing analysis, and portfolio performance management
- Ability to translate customer insights into compelling product strategies and differentiated solutions
