As a Graphic Designer at Internet Marketing Company CMDS, you are one of the rockstars bringing our vision to life. You will come up with creative solutions to meet our client’s goals. ABOUT YOU You’re creative and forward-thinking You’ve been doing graphic design both for print and for the web for at least 5 years You’re good at overcoming challenges and have a knack for figuring out new ways to do things You think logically, critically and strategically and have a great sense of business You’re an ace at PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva and maybe After Effects too You have strong communication skills and are a team player You look at the world around you, and see opportunities to improve the design and experience of everything Most important, you are a person that knows you can work anywhere, but chooses to work with us OUR REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 5 years of experience as an agency side graphic designer or motion graphic designer. Fluency in current graphic design practices and web production software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Illustrator. A basic understanding of Adobe After Effects. Strong design style, including creative design solutions for web, print and basic understanding of animation. Delivers projects on time and within the given budget Ability to effective manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure Ability to work with a large variety of clients Excellent organization and communication skills Your own method of transportation for work Meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Willingness to put in the hours necessary to accomplish tasks and meet all deadlines Must be able to work on location in Colts Neck, NJ We work hard and have fun doing it! COMPENSATION We’ll pay for 50% of your medical, 100% dental, 2 weeks paid vacation plus holidays and EVERY Friday off as well as give you a great place to grow.
