We are seeking an Avionics Electrical Design Engineer specializing in schematic design and PCB/board layout for airborne electronics. The engineer will be responsible for electrical design, circuit development, PCB layout, EMI/EMC considerations, simulation, testing, and compliance with aerospace standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and review electrical schematics and circuit designs for avionics systems.
• Design RF/electrical circuits , including power amplifiers, LNAs, filters, and related interfaces.
• Perform PCB layout , including high-speed PCB design, signal integrity, and power integrity considerations.
• Apply EMI/EMC design practices throughout schematic and PCB development.
• Conduct circuit analysis and simulations using MATLAB, SPICE, ADS, HFSS, or equivalent tools .
• Support design verification, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis of electrical/PCB issues.
• Perform and support environmental, RF emissions, RF susceptibility, and lightning testing .
• Ensure designs comply with relevant aerospace and airborne hardware standards , including DO-160 and DO-254 .
• Work with test equipment such as network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and oscilloscopes .
• Collaborate with systems, embedded, mechanical, manufacturing, and verification teams.
• Support design reviews, documentation, qualification, and production release activities.

Preferred Profile

• Strong hands-on experience in schematic capture and PCB/board layout for aerospace/avionics electronics.
• Understanding of high-speed, RF, EMI/EMC, and signal-integrity design principles .
• Experience taking designs from concept schematic PCB layout prototype testing qualification .
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
