• Spa Environment Care — Maintain cleanliness and organization in treatment rooms, relaxation areas, locker rooms, and common space
  Stocking & Inventory Support — Replenish linens, amenities, beverages, and supplies; assist with product inventory

• Therapist Assistance — Prepare rooms, support service flow, and respond to operational needs
• Front Desk Reception — Greet guests, check them in/out, provide spa orientation, and ensure a welcoming arrival experience
• Appointment Scheduling — Answer calls, manage bookings, modify reservations, and coordinate service timing
  Clerical & Administrative Tasks — Process payments, handle guest records, manage daily logs, and support spa leadership with basic admin tasks
• Guest Service Excellence — Provide warm, culturally respectful service reflective of Tamaya’s identity and Hyatt’s Purpose of Care
  Safety & Sanitation Compliance — Follow all hygiene protocols, procedures, and spa operational standards
