Assess, intervene, and stabilize a variety of trauma and illnesses with decisive action. Maintain knowledge of general and specific health issues pertinent to emergency care. Apply triage principles to prioritize injuries based on medical need. Make quick and accurate assessments of incoming patients, including both physical and mental health conditions.
