Associate Territory Manager - North Jersey/NYC

Becton Dickinson seeks an Associate Territory Manager for the North Jersey/NYC region to coordinate customer training, clinical support, and physician development activities. The role involves field sales collaboration, hospital staff education, and execution of regional marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

Coordinate logistics, timing, and execution of customer training and technical clinical support
Conduct training and in-servicing for hospital surgery staff and personnel
Support development of regional physician proctors and centers of excellence
Assist with regional marketing events, conventions, and physician training seminars
Prioritize targeted customers and training events with sales management

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
1-2 years general sales experience
Valid driver's license with 3 years consecutive driving history
Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Familiarity with medical and surgical terminology
Understanding of needs-analysis sales approach and contract administration
