Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant

We are seeking a flexibleand motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our primarycare team on a PRN (as-needed) basis. This role is ideal for clinicians seekingschedule flexibility while maintaining clinical engagement in a collaborative,patient-focused environment.

PRN Schedule &Expectations:

• No minimum weekly commitmentrequired
• Must complete: Three fulldays of training
• All credentialingrequirements prior to scheduling shifts
• Provide availability inadvance; shifts will be assigned based on organizational needs
• Open shifts will becommunicated, and providers may elect to pick up shifts that fit their schedule
• Must pick up at least oneshift per month (if offered) to maintain PRN status

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensiveprimary care services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of acuteand chronic conditions
• Conduct physical exams andpreventive health screenings
• Develop and implementpatient-centered treatment plans
• Order and interpretdiagnostic tests
• Prescribe medications andtherapies in accordance with Georgia state regulations
• Collaborate with physiciansand interdisciplinary care teams
• Educate patients on healthmaintenance and disease prevention
• Maintain accurate and timelydocumentation in the EMR system

Requirements:

• Master's degree from anaccredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Active and unrestrictedGeorgia NP or PA license
• Current DEA license (orability to obtain)
• Minimum of 1-2 years ofprimary care experience preferred
• Strong new graduates withrelevant clinical training may be considered
