Position: Model Home Sales Assistant
Location: Seguin, TX. 78155
Pay Rate: $12.00/hr

- Gather visitor information and maintain follow-up records
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the homebuying experience
- Assist with model home and sales office operations
- Maintain a polished and professional customer experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional presentation and customer-focused mindset
- Reliable transportation
- Team-oriented attitude
- Desire to grow within the real estate and homebuilding industry
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout sales offices and model homes
- Ability to tour communities and assist prospective buyers onsite
- Ability to use computers and office equipment for extended periods
