Read blueprints and shop drawings
Repair and modify production forms and molds
Operate fabrication equipment and forklifts
Inspect finished work for quality and accuracy
Maintain a safe and organized work area What We're Looking For: 2+ years of fabrication, welding, or manufacturing experience preferred
MIG welding experience required
Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
