Compassionate Hospice RN Case Manager

GBMC HealthCare's Gilchrist Hospice in Northern VA is seeking experienced RN Case Managers to join our team with Inova. You will identify patient and family needs and provide nursing and supportive care to terminally ill patients and their families. Virginia RN license and two years of nursing experience (or equivalent) are required.
