Job Summary:

Seeking a Surgical Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) for day shift coverage. This role involves supporting surgical procedures with specialized skills and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assist surgical teams by preparing operating rooms and sterilized equipment.
  
  
• 
  Handle robotic and spine surgical procedures with precision and expertise.
  
  
• 
  Ensure all certifications, including BLS and NBSTSA, are current and in hand before starting.
  
  
• 
  Participate in orientation modules and complete all required training onsite.
  
  
• 
  Maintain compliance with travel and licensing policies, including RTO and local radius requirements.
  
  
• 
  Float to similar units as needed to support facility operations.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid CST certification with recent experience in surgical and spine procedures.
  
  
• 
  Current BLS and National Certification through NBSTSA required.
  
  
• 
  Ability to operate robotic surgical equipment and support spine surgeries.
  
  
• 
  Valid and active RN or Allied license in hand at the time of submission.
  
  
• 
  Strong understanding of surgical protocols and safety standards.
