Customer Service Manager
Amwaste LLC is a growing company in the Waste Services Industry, dedicated to providing exceptional service and innovative solutions to our clients. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team and enhance our customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer service management role, preferably in the waste services or related industry.
- Dialpad experience recommended
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the customer service department, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

- Train, mentor, and manage customer service representatives, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, providing effective resolutions in a timely manner.
- Analyze customer feedback and service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and address customer needs.
- Prepare and present reports on customer service performance to senior management.
