Job Title: General Laborer Associate – 2nd Shift

Location: Sumterville, FL

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 3:30 PM – 1:00 AM (Be able to work Saturdays as needed)

Compensation: $17 per hour

Requirements: Must pass a background check and drug screen

SPANISH SPEAKERS WELCOME! We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused General Laborer Associate to join our 2nd shift team in Sumterville, Florida. This role involves working with concrete and precast materials and requires the ability to lift upwards of 50 pounds safely and efficiently. Spanish speakers are welcome to apply, and bilingual candidates are highly encouraged. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining productivity and safety in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Handle, move, and organize concrete and precast materials safely.

• Lift and transport items weighing up to 50 pounds as needed.

• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Work efficiently in a high-paced, 2nd shift manufacturing environment.

• Assist in general warehouse tasks as required.

• Work mandatory overtime, including Saturdays when needed.

• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.

• Strong communication skills; Spanish speakers welcome (bilingual is a plus).

• Ability to follow directions and maintain focus during 2nd shifts.

• Must pass both a background check and drug screen.

• Willingness to work extended hours and Saturdays as needed.
