Headstart Health helps experienced BCBAs launch and grow high-quality local ABA practices. You bring the clinical expertise and community leadership; we provide credentialing, payer setup, billing, recruiting, referrals, operational support, and mentorship. What You'll Do Provide evidence-based ABA services in client homes and community settings Conduct assessments and treatment planning Supervise and mentor RBTs Build relationships with families and referral partners Lead the growth of ABA services across Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Chapel Hill, Apex, Morrisville, and surrounding communities What We're Looking For Active BCBA certification At least 2 years of BCBA experience Current North Carolina resident Willingness to provide in-home services within the Raleigh‑Durham service area Commitment to ethical, family-centered ABA Interest in leading and building an ABA practice What Headstart Provides Credentialing and payer setup support Billing and operational infrastructure Recruiting and referral support Professional development and CEUs Mentorship from experienced BCBA practice leaders Flexible schedule and caseload management Compensation $150,000 - $220,000 salary range. Typical annual earnings may reach $150,000 - $250,000+ depending on caseload and services delivered. Work Location This is a mobile/in‑home BCBA role serving client homes throughout the Greater Raleigh‑Durham area. There is no fixed office location. Administrative work may be completed remotely. Candidates must reside in North Carolina and be willing to travel within the service area.
