Your attention to detail, responsiveness, and commitment to service will help drive business and create seamless experiences.Key Responsibilities:Answer incoming sales inquiries and qualify leadsSchedule appointments and calls for the Sales & Catering teamPrepare and distribute sales materials, proposals, and promotional packagesAssist with contracts, banquet event orders, estimates, and client correspondenceCoordinate and support site tours and client visitsCreate monthly sales reports, lead recaps, and activity updatesMaintain accurate information within the Sales & Catering systemUpdate event actuals following program completionManage office supplies and maintain sales collateral inventoryPrepare sales kits and presentation materialsSend thank-you cards, emails, and post-event follow-up communicationsProvide exceptional customer service while building excitement for guests' upcoming stays and eventsWhat We're Looking ForStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentA positive attitude and passion for delivering outstanding servicePrevious hospitality, hotel, or sales support experience preferredExperience with Delphi or hotel sales systems is a plusBuild Your Future With UsThis role offers more than just a job—it offers a pathway to a rewarding career in hospitality.
