Wilken Trucking – CDL-A OTR Driver

$0.65 Per Mile | Rolling Miles | Midwest, South & Southeast Routes

Wilken Trucking is hiring CDL-A OTR Truck Drivers to join our team. We’re a smaller, personable company that values our drivers and understands that life doesn’t always fit neatly into a set schedule.

If you’re looking for consistent miles, competitive pay, automatic equipment, and a company that will work with you when it comes to getting home, we’d like to hear from you.

Pay & Compensation

• $0.65 per mile

• Paid on rolling miles

• $15 stop pay per stop after the first 3 stops on a load

• Consistent OTR freight and miles

Home Time

Our typical schedule is 3 weeks out followed by 3 days home .

Drivers also begin earning additional guaranteed home time after three weeks on the road .

While we have a structured home-time policy to keep schedules consistent, we also understand that drivers have families, appointments, and responsibilities outside of the truck. As a smaller company, we're able to take a more personal approach and work directly with drivers to coordinate additional home time when needed , even when it falls outside the standard schedule.

Equipment

Our fleet consists of automatic transmission trucks , so manual transmission experience is not required.
