Position Overview Vetted is seeking an RN – Med Surg for a travel assignment in Raleigh, North Carolina. Must have at least 2+ years of experience. The contract is approximately $8,225/month gross, for 13 weeks, starting ASAP. Shift length: 12 hours, 36 hours per week. Job Responsibilities Work 36 hours per week with 12‑hour shifts. Perform focused reassessments and escalation of concerns through appropriate clinical channels. Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress in the medical record.
