Integrated Medical Clinical Nurse - (Part-Time) Days or Nights

Role Purpose Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning implementation, and evaluation within the guidelines of the standards of nursing care. Educate patients and their families on managing illness or injury, including post-treatment home care needs and medication administration. Participate in activities that promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Engage in professional development. Develop, implement, and document individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with interprofessional team members, patients, family, or caregivers in accordance with established guidelines and standards of nursing care. Use critical nursing skills to assess and evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs according to standards of care. Assess patient preferences and barriers to involvement in care, including values, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and population-specific needs. Maintain constant alertness in this safety-sensitive position and work safely.
