Just Salad is seeking a Senior Area Team Leader to oversee operations across 20+ restaurants and 2+ ATLs, reporting to the Zone VP. The SATL will ensure goals are met in labor, operations, team development, and sales, while modeling company standards. This role travels ~75% to visit stores, recruit and staff, train the team, and drive SST growth.
