Security Officer Supervisor Job Responsibilities Provide a welcoming environment and provide needed services for guests Ensure security officers are on post, in proper uniform and following post orders. Ensure proper enforcement of policies and protocols of United Security Services and those of our clients. Intervenes, when necessary, in resolving personnel problems and guides counseling of security Monitoring and overseeing Outdoor Perimeter Doing rounds as needed. All responsibilities are to be carried out in an honest, ethical, and professional manner and in accordance with United Security Services and clients. Perform a variety of security checks and follow post orders as directed by the establishment Other responsibilities may apply Security Officer Supervisor Requirements PERC Card required Willingness to submit to a background check Some Supervisory (or law enforcement/military) experience required Ability to stand up and walk for 8 hours Working outdoors Security Officer Supervsior Qualifications Security experience Ex-law enforcement Military service Suitable candidates will be contacted to come to our office for in-person interviews.
