Civil Engineer - Project & Operations All-Rounder

We're looking for a versatile Civil Engineering graduate who wants to do more than one thing — someone who can support projects, coordinate across teams, and help keep the whole company running. What You’ll Do Support project managers and engineers with technical documentation, drawings, permits, and reports Coordinate across departments (engineering, field teams, HR, accounting) to keep projects and tasks moving Assist with project scheduling, tracking, and client/vendor communication Provide day-to-day administrative and executive support to leadership Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and correspondence Help prepare proposals, presentations, and project deliverables Organize and maintain project files, records, and office systems Occasionally visit project sites to support inspection, monitoring, and documentation Pitch in wherever needed — be the reliable all-rounder who keeps everyone organized Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or a related engineering field) 0–2 years of experience; recent graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to juggle technical and administrative work Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with AutoCAD or project tools a plus A proactive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn every side of the business Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
