Respond to patient billing or financial inquiries Collect and post payments and record receipts. Balance nightly deposits and complete credit card processing Follows-up with the patient between visits for non scheduled, canceled, or missed appointments Act with urgency to resolve any patient dissatisfaction Excellent organizational skills to effectively handle multiple tasks Champion company initiatives such as Adit, Recallmax, Aging, and Abella Qualifications 1-2 years of experience Excellent verbal and written communication Well versed in dental terminology and procedures Eaglesoft or Dentrix ExperienceMaintains a positive, collaborative, and supportive disposition with team and patients Understands and complies with HIPAA and HITECH Act of 2009 #J-18808-Ljbffr
