1.Job title COGNIZANT HIRING FOR PROGRAM MANAGER IN DATA MANAGEMENT 2.Job summary Experience in understanding & architecting and end to end data ecosystem comprising Data Ingestion Data Quality Data Processing Data Consumption & Data Storage - Participate in the development of cloud data warehouses (Snowflake) and business intelligence solutions - Must have 3+ years experience working in snowflake and Data warehouse ETL BI projects. - Must have experience in ETL tool such as Informatica Talend Matillion etc. - Preferred experience of one end to end implementation of 3.Experience 13to15yrs 4.Required Skills Technical Skills- Snowflake Matillion Domain Skills- 5.Nice to have skills Techincal Skills- Informatica Domain Skills- 6.Technology Data Management 7.Shift Day 9AM-7PM EST 8.Roles & Responsibilities Program Manager Equivalent of BS/ MS.Plan monitor govern and review a program(large medium size ) covering multiple service lines WITH the objective of achieving the defined benefits for the larger program WITHIN client guidelines as per estimated timelines budgetary constraints and quality metrics Program consists of multiple work streams with a clear target / KPI set by a client (i.e. this is a MEASURABLE outcome / output for the client).Charter- - Understand program objectives and prepare the program charter identify benefits and success criteria of the program - Track and report contribution of the program to the defined benefits of the program - Define the program structure aligned with the program charter identify the relevance of various projects / sub-programs and their contribution to the program identify multiple MSI Program Managers / Project Manager and let them build the individual sub-program / project charter in line with the overall program charter - Identify relevance of the various projects and their contribution to the Program identify multiple Project Managers and guide them to build individual project charter in line with the overall program charter - Identify program dependencies and critical decision / discussion points consolidate all the individual project/sub-program plans and integrate the same into a program plan Setup - - Program Initiation and Planning: Create integrated program plan covering multiple work streams / projects including aspects such as cost schedule program scope requirements risk quality communication & stakeholder management effort estimation resource planning measurement criteria or metrics for every work stream and consolidate the same to arrive at the final estimate for the project share the same with Stakeholders define OCM strategy and process - Program Governance: Identify the stakeholders Review the sub-program governance with the concerned MSI Program Managers Set up the communication p 9.Job Location Primary: USNJEAHC01-East Hanover - NJ USA CLT Alternate: 10.Job Type 45CW00 Business Associate 11.Demand Requires Travel?
