We’re committed to making a positive impact on the world, providing you with diverse learning and working opportunities, and fostering a culture where everyone’s empowered to be their best.Marmon's Corporate IT team is now seeking an IT Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, execution, and successful delivery of technology initiatives across Marmon’s businesses.This role serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, security, infrastructure, applications, data, and support teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives..The ideal candidate is an organized, results-driven project leader who can manage priorities, coordinate cross-functional teams, reduce delivery risk, and drive projects from initiation through completion.What You'll Lead:Project Planning & Delivery: Lead technology initiatives through initiation, planning, execution, testing, deployment, stabilization, and closure.Stakeholder Management: Partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, vendors, and IT teams to gather requirements, align priorities, communicate status, and manage expectations.Project Governance & Reporting: Maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and leadership reporting.Change Management & Adoption: Coordinate communication, training, user acceptance testing, deployment readiness, and transition-to-support activities.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve project delivery practices, tools, templates, and repeatable processes.Key Responsibilities:Lead multiple IT projects from initiation through deployment and post-implementation supportDevelop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, resource needs, status reports, and executive updatesFacilitate project meetings, stakeholder reviews, steering committee discussions, decision tracking, and project communicationsCoordinate work across applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, vendors, support teams, and business stakeholdersManage risks, issues, dependencies, scope changes, escalations, and mitigation plansSupport requirements gathering and ensure business needs are documented, validated, prioritized, and translated into actionable delivery plansCoordinate testing activities, including user acceptance testing, defect tracking, production readiness, and deployment planningManage third-party vendors and technology partners involved in project delivery.Ensure adherence to IT governance, security, compliance, documentation, and delivery standardsDrive communication, training, transition-to-support, and adoption activities to help ensure successful outcomes#LI-HybridWhat You'll Bring to the Role:Project Management Excellence: Ability to plan, organize, coordinate, and deliver complex technology projects while managing competing prioritiesStakeholder Leadership: Ability to build relationships, facilitate alignment, manage expectations, and communicate clearly with business and technical audiencesBusiness Analysis Skills: Ability to understand business processes, gather requirements, identify gaps, and translate needs into project scope and deliverablesRisk & Issue Management: Ability to identify risks, remove blockers, resolve issues, escalate appropriately, and keep teams focused on outcomesCommunication & Reporting: Strong written communication, meeting facilitation, presentation, decision documentation, and executive status reporting skillsDelivery Focus: Strong ownership, follow-through, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering measurable business valueEducation & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience3–7 years of project management, program management, business analysis, technology delivery, or related IT experienceExperience leading cross-functional technology projects involving business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and support partnersExperience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or related project management certification is preferredExperience with enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP, cloud platforms, collaboration tools, or digital transformation initiatives is desirableWhat Success in This Role Looks Like:Projects have clear scope, timelines, owners, risks, decisions, and communication plansBusiness and IT stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout deliveryRisks and issues are surfaced early, managed proactively, and escalated appropriatelyDeployments are coordinated, tested, documented, and transitioned smoothly to supportProject delivery practices become more consistent, transparent, and repeatable over timePay Range:80,000.00 -
