We invite you to take your first step toward a rewarding career with us!Maplewood at Orange is hiring a FULL TIME Memory Care Coordinator who will assist the Memory Care Director/Lifestyle Director with the coordination and implementation of all programs and ensuring that programs are therapeutic to the residents and maximizes their quality of life, with a focus on memory care. Key Responsibilities:Plan and facilitate daily programs and activities for residentsCollaborate with other departments to engage everyone in resident programmingProvide an excellent customer experience for residents and familiesEnsure resident involvement/engagement through one on one, small group, and large group activitiesEducation/Experience/Licensure/CertificationExperience in activity planning with older adults preferredExperience working in a Skilled Nursing facility preferredKnowledge of dementia and related issuesExperience and interest in working with older adultsEvidence in creativityHighly organizedMature, pleasant, friendly, and cheerful personalityDriver Requirements: Driver license required with good driving record.
