Schedule: PRN Shift: Day (United States of America) Address: 9119 W 74Th St City: Shawnee Mission State: Kansas Postal Code: 66204 Job Description: Assesses patients' physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs through observation, interviews, and review of medical records and clinical data. Develops and implements patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, observing outcomes in accordance with nursing standards. Demonstrates competency in therapeutic and diagnostic interventions, including IVs, wound care, medication administration, catheterization, and specimen collection. Advocates for and protects the health, safety, and rights of each patient. Provides patient and family education based on assessment of learning readiness, needs, and ability, and evaluate the effectiveness of teaching. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Organizational Verbal Interpersonal Customer Relations Grammar/Spelling Read/Comprehend written instructions Education: Associate's of Nursing (Required) Bachelor's of Nursing (Preferred) Field of Study: N/A Work Experience: 1+ medical office experience (Preferred) Additional Information: N/A Licenses and Certifications: Registered Nurse (RN) (Required) Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) (Required) Physical Requirements: Please click the link below to view work requirements.
