Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for a large industrial operation in Mesa, AZ. This role supports a demanding environment with a wide range of heavy equipment and requires strong diagnostic, mechanical, and hydraulic skills. Job Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy industrial equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs
- Work on cranes, forklifts, and Class 8 trucks
- Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Conduct inspections and identify safety or performance issues
- Document repairs and maintenance accurately
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Extensive hands-on experience working on:
- Cranes
- Forklifts
- Class 8 trucks
- Strong background in hydraulics, diesel engines, and electrical systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, industrial setting
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, safety-focused, and mechanically sound
- Prior experience working on CAT (Caterpillar) equipment, especially cranes
- Welding or fabrication experience
- Industrial or recycling facility experience
- $20-$25 per hour , depending on experience
- Stable, long-term opportunity
