Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Location: Mesa, AZ
Pay: $20-$25 per hour (DOE)

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for a large industrial operation in Mesa, AZ. This role supports a demanding environment with a wide range of heavy equipment and requires strong diagnostic, mechanical, and hydraulic skills.

Job Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy industrial equipment
Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs
Work on cranes, forklifts, and Class 8 trucks
Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
Conduct inspections and identify safety or performance issues
Document repairs and maintenance accurately
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Work independently with minimal supervision

Required Experience & Qualifications

Extensive hands-on experience working on:
- Cranes
- Forklifts
- Class 8 trucks
Strong background in hydraulics, diesel engines, and electrical systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced, industrial setting
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Reliable, safety-focused, and mechanically sound

Highly Preferred (Not Required)

Prior experience working on CAT (Caterpillar) equipment, especially cranes
Welding or fabrication experience
Industrial or recycling facility experience

Compensation & Benefits

$20-$25 per hour , depending on experience
