HVAC Technician - Service Techs and Installers

Job Summary: The HVAC Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing HVAC systems across a wide range of environments. This is a hands-on role requiring technical expertise, customer service skills, and a commitment to getting the job done right. Pay commensurate with experience Responsibilities: * Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and ventilation units. * Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical components. * Perform routine preventative maintenance and system inspections. * Communicate clearly with customers regarding service issues, pricing, and solutions. * Maintain accurate service records and complete required paperwork. * Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards. Qualifications: * OSHA SST * 5+ years of experience as an HVAC Technician. * EPA Certification required. * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. * Strong understanding of HVAC systems and diagnostic tools. * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
