Competitive salary Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans for full-time and part-time employees and their families Benefits available from day one Generous accruing paid time off Tuition reimbursement and continuing education support Company-matching 401(k) and employee stock purchase plan Flexible spending and health savings accounts Career growth in a supportive, team-oriented rehab environment Job Details Job Details / Responsibilities: Supervise the provision of nursing care, treatment, and services on the assigned shift or unit Ensure all required patient care activities are completed to standard Assign appropriate nursing personnel and confirm adequate staffing coverage Identify staff training needs and partner with other organizational leaders on resources and development Provide leadership that keeps procedures implemented consistently while delivering compassionate, patient-specific rehab care Resolve issues, set direction, and maintain accountability for patient and staff results Recognize and celebrate patient victories throughout the rehabilitation journey Qualifications: Current RN licensure as required by state regulations BLS certification required; ACLS to be obtained within one year of start CRRN certification to be obtained within one year of meeting eligibility requirements Five years of nursing experience, including two years recently in an inpatient hospital setting Prior leadership experience (charge nurse, lead, or equivalent) with interim reporting, issue resolution, direction-setting, and accountability for patient and staff outcomes Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field preferred Interested in hearing more?
