Responsibilities Job Specific Details and Tasks: The duties include, but are not limited to the following: Participates in all required training and competency assessments according to staffing contract and FOH policies and SOPs to maintain ability to work in assigned FOH OHC locations. Provides healthcare services directly to FOH clients at assigned OHC locations according to scope of practice for state license and FOH policy and SOP which may include the following: Performs components of physical exams which may include: Vital signs, height and weight Audiometry Vision testing ECG Spirometry Phlebotomy TB skin testing Documentation of all clinical data on all required forms Assist ACM with orientation for new staff. Provides immunizations according to FOH policies, SOPs and standing orders. Provide non-emergency care to FOH clients according to FOH RN protocols. Regularly responds to all requests for data from CHS Director, the Chief of Clinics, and the Medical Director’s office with complete and accurate information, in required format and within designated time frames. Clinic Hours: M-F 7:30am-4:00pm Clinic Location: Hourly Pay: Qualifications Minimum Qualifications License: Active, unrestricted RN license in any state Experience: 2 years as RN; a t least one (1) year management experience Must be proficient in blood draws and injections. #J-18808-Ljbffr Servefed,-Inc
