Track and Monitor Vital Signs: Keep detailed records of vital signs like temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration, and monitor food and fluid intake to ensure patient health and safety. Promote Safety and Well-Being: Vigilantly observe patients to prevent self-harm, aggression, or other risks, stepping in to provide immediate support and intervention as needed. Assist with Transport and Activities: Facilitate patient movement within the facility and on external trips, and actively engage in supporting various therapeutic and recreational activities.
