Home Health Aide (Certified) - ST

Home Health Aide

The Home Health Aide is a member of the home care team who works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Therapist and performs various personal care services as necessary to meet the patient's needs. Minimum Requirements:

• Certification may be required per state/contract
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
