This Customer Success Specialist position offers $23\/hr and is based in Boston with a hybrid schedule averaging 3 onsite days per week after an initial two-week onsite training period. The role is with a digital automotive technology company focused on supporting dealer customers through technical troubleshooting, customer service, and operational support. The assignment is expected to last 3+ months with potential for extension or conversion. Standard hours transition from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM onsite for the first two weeks to a fixed 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM schedule thereafter.
Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve customer, internal stakeholder, and vendor inquiries and issues
• Escalate complex problems when necessary
• Gather customer feedback and share insights with product and sales teams
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify solutions and communicate updates
• Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver a positive customer experience
• Support revenue growth and customer retention through effective problem resolution
  Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Professional customer support experience in a corporate environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
