Field Service Technician

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot automated gate operators, barriers, bollards, access control systems, and related equipment Ensure quality workmanship and UL 325 compliance on all installations and service calls Communicate and enforce safety procedures, site rules, and PPE requirements at all times Use drawings, schematics, manuals, and specifications to perform maintenance and installation on components and operators Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and controls issues efficiently and accurately Perform preventive maintenance inspections and document findings thoroughly Identify, order, and install replacement parts; coordinate with operations and project management on scheduling Operate hand and power tools, precision measuring equipment, and electronic testing devices Deenergize, disassemble, and reassemble equipment to remove and replace defective parts Complete all required documentation including daily reports, service reports, assessments, and expense reports Provide excellent customer service and serve as the on-site point of contact for clients Cooperate with team members and support a positive, productive job site environment Provide preconstruction support as required Comply with all company safety policies, site-specific requirements, and environmental procedures #J-18808-Ljbffr
