L. Knife is hiring an Evening Shift Warehouse Supervisor. This role is responsible for supervising the evening functions of the warehouse including managing proper order picking for next day deliveries, proper loading of retail trucks, and ensuring employees are working in a manner that maximizes productivity and safety throughout the warehouse.

This role is Sunday – Thursday, 6pm-3am

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Daily

• Directing the work flow of order selectors
• Administer proper use of voice-pick program
• Supervision of staff in loading procedures, ensuring that all product is shipped accurately to customers
• Communicate safety, service, and productivity statistics to hourly staff
• Account for all bulk orders as well as liquor orders, ensuring that they are accurate
• Monitor and record all shift breakage and report to Inventory Manager

Weekly

• Labor force and equipment planning of operations personnel for upcoming week
• Ensure that accident/injury reports are filed promptly and accurately

General

• Ensure the proper upkeep of the warehouse
• Supervise and direct the activities of all employees in the warehouse
• Responsible for recording equipment defects on daily inspection templates
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and company SOP’s
• Other duties as assigned by Operations Manager

ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills
• Solid computer skills
• A willingness and ability to work flexible hours and weekends
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment a plus
• Previous supervisory/lead experience a plus
• High attention to detail
• Experience with FT/electronically tracked inventory movement
• Excel and Google suite knowledge and experience
• Self-motivated
• Experience with VIP or other beverage WMS a plus
