Onshore Cerner Delivery Manager must have experience in running AMS support for large healthcare including SLA & KPI based delivery, ITIL SRUM based Operations and project delivery experience. Strong Cerner Functional Breadth, preferred experience in Delivery Role with Large US Healthcare

- Registration / ADT
- Charge Services / Patient Accounting
- Clinical modules (FirstNet, CareAware, Nursing)
- Ancillaries (PathNet, RadNet, Pharmacy at least dependency level)
- Core Security (access, roles, audits)
- AMS Operations & ITIL
- Incident, Problem, Change, Request (ITIL v3/v4)
- P1/P2 management and RCA ownership
- SLA/SLO tracking and reporting
- Knowledge deflection and incident trend reduction
- On call / after hours coverage model
Program Management
- Program management Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI, Lead initiatives in AI Force and AI foundry for healthcare customer.
- Introduction to Languages like Python/R
- Security, Access & Compliance Awareness
- Client Governance & Communication Skills
- Vendor & Multi Partner Management
