Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Event Staff role based in Chesterfield, MI. The Event Staff member will assist with event setup and breakdown, including arranging furniture, equipment, and signage according to event plans. Daily responsibilities include greeting and directing guests, answering questions, and providing high-quality customer service throughout events. The role involves coordinating with event organizers and other staff, monitoring event areas for cleanliness and safety, and responding promptly to issues or requests. The Event Staff member may also support registration, ticketing, and basic sales or promotional activities related to events. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with guests, clients, and team members. Experience or aptitude in Event Planning and Event Marketing to support the organization and promotion of events. Basic Sales skills to assist with ticketing, merchandise, or promotional offers during events. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform physical tasks related to event setup and breakdown. Reliable time management, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
