Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Licensed Physical Therapist with valid credentials
- Previous experience providing PT services in school settings is a plus
- Skilled in developing individualized therapy plans for children and adolescents
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with educators, staff, and families
- Strong commitment to promoting student growth, mobility, and purpose
- Ability to deliver empathetic, evidence-based care in an educational environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to students according to IEP goals and educational best practices
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to inform tailored treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and related service providers to ensure comprehensive support
- Document services, progress, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
- Educate families and staff on exercises, accommodations, and strategies to encourage student participation
- Maintain compliance with all school policies, PT practice standards, and privacy guidelines
- Engage in professional development to keep therapy knowledge current

Compensation for this position ranges from $35.00 to $65.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
