RN Clinic Supervisor- Sleep Clinic

This is a 100% FTE, full-time salaried position with typical hours between 8:00 am 5:00 pm, Monday Friday. No holidays. Hours may vary based on operational needs of the department. You will be working onsite at 6001 Research Park Blvd. and 4602 Eastpark Blvd. in Madison, WI.

Pay range is based on a full-time (100%) position.

We are seeking an RN Clinic Supervisor- Sleep Clinic to:

• Independently manage day-to-day operation and coordination of patient care services in the ambulatory setting.
• Supervise and manage a team of direct reports at two clinic locations.
• Promote and support onboarding of new hires, staff continuing education and evidence-based practice while maintaining clinical standards of care.
• Facilitate communication, coordination and collaboration among disciplines while also serving as a strong nursing resource within the Sleep Medicine specialty of care.
• Partner with the Program Director on strategic initiatives
• Support regulatory, safety, and process compliance activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Required

Work Experience:

• 2 years of RN experience Required
• 1 year of progressive relevant leadership experience Preferred

Licenses and Certifications:

• RN licensed in the state where employed Required
• Applicable clinical certification Preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Upon Hire Required
